Tired of the plain old thing! Crocodile stitch crochet

Hi you all!

I'm so, tried of the plain flat looking stitches in my work. I have decided to try some new so I'm going 3D!!! I know that sounds strange to you, but some times we need to do new things or we will get stuck in the same old, same old thing day in and day out. You know, the same boring thing, it good for us to try new things. To learn new things don't be afraid to try something new. You may just find out that you like the new things you thought were to hard for you.

I'm working on a new hat. I'm doing this by making my own pattern for this hat with a stitch called Crocodile crochet stitch. I have seen one pattern, but it's hard to follow and it's not a complete pattern. It didn't give the info for the base or how to start the foundation. This is what I have so far.

This is called the crochet crocodile stitch. It looks hard to do but not really, it takes some time, you have to think in a different way when working this stitch. I will keep you up to date. Pattern coming soon!

New Designs

These hats are one of my own designs there are two types.

#1 Waves of Curler

I just started chocheting a hat one day and this is what I ended up making. Some of my kids don't likes the hat but it only takes one to say that's Cool!

Then there is the next one that I made not like the first. It came out with fewer curlers then the first. So,

for lack of of a name! It became
