New Patterns!

I'm working on new patterns. Will be coming soon. One is a full skull cap for ladies and girls.
Another pattern is for Miniature Hot Pads for those of you that have doll houses or barbie lovers in your home. Here is a pic of the Hot Pads.

Appendix Update!

Just thought I would let you know how my son is doing. He is fine up and playing and going to school. He wants to get back into baseball but his side still hurts now and then. I don't want him to rupture himself. So, I have to watch what he does.
Just like a guy, they don't want to do what the doctor tells them, if you know what I mean.

11 Year Old Sons Appendix


What a day!
May 14, 2009. I picked my son up from school he said he had a pain in his side. We went home (His dad told him to put a warm towel on his side, he had a baseball game the night before and thought it might be from the playing.) he rested for a bit with the towel on him.

He didn't have a fever and he said the pain was going away a little bit & he took a nap. But when he got up from his nap he had a fever of 100.4 F and the pain in his side was still there, he told me it didn't really hurt that much. So, off we went to the doctors, ER.

The doctor looked at him and said it was looking like it was the Appendix and run a CT and called the Surgeon into the ER.

The Surgeon said the appendix was just a little bigger then it should have been and the doctor said they will just take it out so this wouldn't happen again. Friday morning at around 1:00 am he had his Appendix out. We get home Friday 15th around 3:30 pm he was glad to be home, me too.

**(Signs of Appendix: pain in the right lower side with fever or no fever. If left to long it can make you very sick, so go in before you get sick.)** We caught it early.

The Appendix can get inflamed do to having a lot of colds, my son has allergies in the spring and fall ever scene he was about a year old. He doing fine, back to school today and going to see the doctor tomorrow for a check up.

What a day! Baseball in the air

This is some day we have. Working on the things that need to get gone and going no where. Do those days just seem to come in and out so fast. Needed to work on new projects but I'm getting side tracked with updated all my sites. I've been looking for my yahoo 360 page and can't find it!!! Where did it go? Dial up is so soooo slow it's more then a snail slow at some times.

Baseball/

I will be added new items soon. I'm working on paper items at this time. Will let you know when they will be listed. I'm hopping this week. Been very busy with my son in baseball. There doing a great job going up against the big boys that was a good team. There working hard. My have had 1 to 22 but that doesn't matter, they had fun.

Snugglie Here!

I have been making things ever scene I started crocheting at the age of about 9 years old. I learned to crochet from my grandmother and she didn't use patterns of any kind. She could look at something and turn it into a crocheted peace and she would just crochet and end up with all kinds of dollies that she would sale for a little extra money.

I learned to teach myself at a young to do the same. If I wanted clothes for my dolls I would just start crocheting them and would end up with very nice peaces. Know I'm doing the same on my knitting machine.

Here are photos of my Snugglie that I made made on my knitting machine (open ended and closed ended). I don't have pattern books for babies to use on the machine (just the beginners booklet that came with it). So, I make my own patterns some that I don't have on paper just in my own mind.
